job Responsibilities :-
- To set targets for each Sales executive and each distributor every month.
- To ensure that the volume targets of the area is achieved on brand pack wise and weekly / monthly / annual basis.
- To ensure that the market share targets for the area are achieved.
- To ensure that the distributors bring in the necessary investment for the business. To monitor the negative finance on a monthly basis to ensure that the funds of the distributors remain in our business.
- To coach his team of executives hence ensuring that they are able to achieve their deliverables.
-To run motivation schemes through incentives etc for distributors and salesmen.
- To ensure that the secondary sales collection and clearance of negative finance.
- To address and solve distributor satisfaction issues.
- To ensure that COL given to the distributor is fully accounted for in terms of distributors floor fulls and empties and market COL.
- To motivate his team and distributors to ensure that the CSS targets for his area are achieved ( OYAs / New outlets / New villages )
